Dear SWWFS Families,
We hope that you are enjoying your summer and staying cool and safe!
All students, PK-8th grade will dismiss at 3:15pm for School Year 2017-2018. Transportation and afterschool accommodations need to be solidified prior to the first day of school, August 21st.
If you require care beyond 3:15pm, please see your options below.
The YMCA will be our primary aftercare provider for SY17-18. They will deliver care Monday–Friday, 3:15pm-6pm. Partial-week and 1-hour care will be available. The aftercare day is comprised of snack, homework/academic time, physical activity and education, and special activities such as clubs. Capitol Language Services
CLS will provide language classes, as well as aftercare. You will be able to enroll in twice a week, or four times a week language classes and aftercare OR Monday–Friday care from 3:15pm-6pm. On days that students are enrolled in a language, students will receive 1-hour of language instruction as well as snack, recess and homework help.
